General Information
Irrigation Season
Lewis & Clark Irrigation system is on and typically runs from mid-March to late October each year. We have a tentative irrigation shut-off date of late October. If you are planning on scheduling your annual sprinkler blowouts, the second week of November is a safe estimate.
Irrigation Service Outages
From time to time, you may experience brief outages to your irrigation service due to maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Homeowner Irrigation Filters
Please remember to periodically clean your irrigation filters. Routine cleaning will help to assure you have the best possible water pressure for your vegetation.
Irrigation Billing
The first year's Annual Irrigation Assessment is generally paid through your closing settlement when you purchase your home.
All year's following that first year, the Annual Irrigation Assessments are billed on a yellow postcard, in two parts: 1st half billed in February; payment due by March 30th. 2nd half billed in May; payment due by June 30th.
Customers can view/pay their annual irrigation assessment online starting in late January. (Yellow postcards are still mailed in February and May for balances due.)
Irrigation Rate Structure
Irrigation rates are calculated with a base charge plus a charge based on the size of your lot.
Base Rate - $343.24
Per Acre rate - $408.24/ac
Making Your Irrigation Payments
Payments can be made online or on your mobile devise by credit or debit card. Use the link below or on our home page. You may choose to register your payment information for ease in making future payments.
We provide a secure link and maintain annual PCI Security Compliance.
Any over payments made to a closed account, resulting in a credit balance will be reviewed and refunded to the payee.

We appreciate your updating us with any change of address or contact information.
If you are moving, please provide us with a moving date and your forwarding address so that we may finalize your billing and take the account out of your name.

Lewis & Clark Irrigation is a small, privately owned utility. As of March 2023 we will be regulated by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC).
