Lewis & Clark Irrigation plans to turn off the irrigation system for the year on
October 17th, 2024.
The 2025 Irrigation season is expected to start sometime in mid-March to mid-April of next year.
We remind you that you will need to reopen your irrigation valve at the beginning of the 2025 season.
For information on how to open or close your irrigation valve, keep scrolling to view picture instructions.
For some homeowner's lots, there may be a utility easement that falls within their property boundary. Should any maintenance be required within the easement located on a homeowner's property, any plants, trees, or shrubs on the homeowner's property may need to be removed in order for our crew to perform maintenance on the system.
Want to get a head start on your 2025 irrigation payments?
For those who prefer to plan ahead for their irrigation bill, your full balance for the 2025 irrigation season will be made available in late January 2025, to view and make payments here on our website. You can choose to make partial payments or to pay the full amount.
To find your bill on our website, you will first be prompted to enter your Account Number and the Numbers Only to your Street Address.
Irrigation assessment due dates are as followed:
First half of the annual assessment is due on March 31st, 2025
Second half of the annual assessment is due on June 30th. 2025
All physical copies of your irrigation bills will continue to be mailed on their normal schedule.
If you plan on making your payments in the form of a check, we ask that you reference your account number.
Lewis & Clark currently uses quarter turn irrigation valves for all service connections.
The valve seen in the top photo is at a 12 o'clock position indicating the valve is closed.
To open your valve at the start of the irrigation season, a 1/4 turn will put the valve at the 3 o'clock position turning it open.
IMPORTANT: There is no additional equipment permitted inside your irrigation service boxes. The extra space in these boxes is reserved for future metering.
If you are adding a timer to your sprinkler system, it should be set up on the outside of your irrigation box.
Lewis & Clark Irrigation Boxes have a plastic purple lid. They are located near the front or back corner of your property.
PLEASE CHECK IRRIGATION FILTERS REGULARLY!
Routine cleaning of your irrigation filters will help your system run at it's best.
We can accommodate in-person visits by appointment during normal business hours.
